Neither San Mateo Dog Walks nor any dog walker engaged by us is responsible for any injury, property damage, costs or expenses (including veterinary care) from or in connection with the dog walk you have booked. You will indemnify us and our dog walkers from and against any claims made by any third party arising from or related to the dog walk you have booked. To the exent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability from or in connection with the dog walk you have booked. We may refuse to walk your dog if he/she is violent, aggressive, or, in our reasonable opinion, may cause harm to others. You represent that your dog is fully vaccinated and in good health.
